Land settlement

So the land registration  was completed  on time. The settlement  delayed to 30th june due to our bank taking  longer  to finalise  the process.
Exciting  times to see our pile of dirt transformed  in a leveled block of land. Pics below 😊

While we are waiting for land to be registered

Its been about 10 months we have put deposit for our land and while we are waiting for our pile of dirt to be transformed in a blank canvas to create a unique piece of art - our Dream Home.... we have been busy working on the sketch !!!!

After hundreds of initial designs and thousands of changes I am so happy and excited that we have finalised our concept plans today.

The endless attention to detail will continue as we will now define every corner of the house with specific design elements.

It took us 10 months to finalise the floor plan and now we are left with couple of weeks to finalise the specifications for the builder. Its scary how short timeframe we have to work with.

To the rescue, we have encyclopaedia of ideas that we liked through out this journey. we have gathered and short listed the things we would like in the house in form of pictures, notes, cut outs from project builders info booklets. This will help us getting through the design stage quicker.

 

 

Construction Update from Lend lease !!!




















Land registration will happen late May. Time to pull the socks up for land settlement.
